Firstly, thanks so much for registering your interest in hosting a show

You might be wondering how the whole thing might work (I am too don't worry!) but here's some information to get us started:

What YOU'LL need to provide -

1. a house, loft, art gallery, studio space, coffee shop or other space that can comfortably and safely host a small amount of people for a private show. Neighbours that are cool and wont complain!

2. A network of friends/friends of friends that will want to attend the show! For legal reasons it wont be possible for us to publicly promote the show/sell tickets online,  so all ticket sales will need to be taken care of privately.

2. Ticket price will be $20. We'll need to sell a minimum of 20-30 tickets to make the show worthwhile for both of us, so be realistic about how many you can sell. Tickets will be paid via an online Paypal system on our end.

5. Your home address will not be published publicly on the web and will only be given to people who buy a ticket.

6. The shows will promoted on our websites, Facebook and Twitter and word-of-mouth, folks will buy tickets via email and then be given access to the private facebook page with information.

7. We’ll need your help to spread the word on your Facebook and Twitter too. We’ll create a Facebook event for each show and make you a host of the event so you can easily invite your friends (Thank you!).

8. You don’t need any sort of sound system.  Some kind of ambient lighting like a lamp on coffee table, floor lamp, or overhead lights with a dimmer to help create a cozy mood.

9. You don’t need seating for everyone. If you have a bunch of chairs, great! But most shows are floor seating and we let guests know they should bring a cushion or pillow to sit on during the show.

11. We love dogs and cats… we really do! But an excitable pet running around during the show can be distracting for the guests and performers. If you have curious and friendly 4-legged family members, would you be ok with putting them in another part of the house or sending them to a friend’s house during the show?

What I'll provide -

An intimate, unplugged set of around 40-60 mins! I'll do my best to give you a special evening of songs and stories. I'm keen to meet and chat and hang around, so all and all we can work together to create and evening to remember!

SO, if you're interested and think you fit the above criteria, please shoot an email to - daggymanmusic@gmail.com with the details of where you're proposing to host the show, and what date IN DECEMBER might work for you.

That’s it.
THANK YOU!!!
